2015 Broom & Button Cup

The 2015 Broom & Button Cup was a rematch of the 2014 skips, and just like last year it was a close game that came down to the final shot!

This year the  finalists were Erin, Caitlin, Mary Beth, Andy, Dee, Rick, Chuck and Scott, with Andy and Chuck skipping the teams. It was an exciting and close game right up to the last shot of the final end where Chuck, down by 2 points, had to decide to tie the game or try a tougher shot for the win. He went for it, made the shot, and his team won by a score of 8-6.

Congratulations to Scott Fernandes, Chuck Barnes, Dee Chaplin, and Rick James on their win! That’s now three years in a row Chuck has won the cup…perhaps it’s time to rename it the “Chuck & Button Cup”?
